The Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management (PDHTM) program is designed to introduce advanced learners to topics pertaining to the hospitality and tourism industry. The PDHTM will enable learners to make well-informed decisions about managing the areas of work in the hospitality and tourism industry. Successful completion of the PDHTM program will provide learners with the opportunity to progress to further study or employment.
The Industrial Attachment, on-the-job training component of the course will provide students with the opportunity to gain invaluable industry experience, and apply the knowledge learnt in classrooms to become industry leaders of tomorrow.
At least a Bachelor's Degree
GCE 'O' Level Pass in English at C6 and above; or
IELTS 5.5 and above; or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Academic Instruction 6 months
Industrial Attachment* Up to 6 months
*Upon completion of 12 modules of Academic Instruction, students must complete an Industrial Attachment (IA) of up to 6 months. However, if students are unable to secure an IA, they will be given the option to complete a Final Project.
